Peglin 1.0 Launches On Android

Peglin, the captivating Pachinko roguelike, has finally reached its 1.0 milestone across Android, iOS, and PC platforms. After an extensive year in early access, the complete game is now available, delivering an exciting and polished experience for both newcomers and veterans.

What Makes Peglin So Engaging?

Developed by Red Nexus Games, Peglin's unique blend of turn-based combat, Pachinko mechanics, and roguelike elements creates a compelling gameplay loop reminiscent of Peggle and Slay the Spire. Players choose from four distinct goblin classes – Peglin (the starter), Balladin, Roundrel, and Spinventor – each unlocking as the game progresses.

The core narrative follows Peglin, a small green goblin seeking revenge against dragons for their gold theft. Using orbs to navigate levels filled with bouncing pegs, players blast their way through charming pixel-art environments.

Peglin 1.0: New Content and Enhancements

The 1.0 update significantly expands the game, adding the final Cruciball level (completing levels 17-20), increasing mini-boss difficulty, introducing additional enemies to regular battles, and implementing unpredictable boss encounters. A new forest mini-boss, the Slime Hive, which summons Slimedrops, adds another layer of challenge.

Further additions include a rare relic, the Crystal Catalyst, enhancing Spinfection damage, alongside numerous balance adjustments and quality-of-life improvements. A notable change is the reshuffling of the peg board during encounters with Thesaurosus, preventing frustratingly unwinnable scenarios.
