Free Fire's 7th Anniversary: Limited-Time Events Celebrated
Starting tomorrow, the popular survival shooter Free Fire will kick off its 7th anniversary celebrations, running through July 25th. Dive into a world of nostalgia, companionship, and celebration with a range of exciting events and limited-time game modes. During this period, players can relive the past by unlocking classic weapons and participating in unique gameplay experiences.
The 7th-anniversary event is packed with special treats, including anniversary-themed rewards, a compelling documentary, and an exclusive theme song music video. Until July 21st, you can explore a miniaturized version of Bermuda Peak in both Battle Royale and Clash Squad modes. During the anniversary, you'll find yourself on Mini Peak, a floating island packed with iconic features that will take you down memory lane.
Engage in the Friends' Echoes event within Battle Royale mode, where you can interact with other players' silhouettes to earn in-match rewards. Navigate through Memory Portals scattered across the map to teleport between Mini Peak and a smaller replica of the original Bermuda Peak, adding a fun twist to your gameplay.
During the Friends' Echoes event, you can accumulate Memory Points by defeating enemies or smashing anniversary-themed boxes spread throughout the map. Use these Memory Points to access the Glider and enter the limited-time Hall of Honor, where you can claim Nostalgic Weapons—enhanced versions of classic weapons from Free Fire's earlier days.
To show appreciation to its dedicated player base, Free Fire is offering a plethora of free rewards, including an anniversary-themed male bundle and a themed baseball bat. Additionally, you have the chance to win a limited-edition 7th-anniversary Gloo Wall through the Gloo Wall Relay preheat draw happening on June 26th. Alongside these festivities, gameplay enhancements such as weapon adjustments are being implemented, and a new character, the neuroscientist Kassie, will join the roster.
A new first-person perspective mode is set to launch for Clash Squad, promising smoother and more precise shooting mechanics. Furthermore, the beloved Zombie Uprising mode is making a comeback as Zombie Graveyard, allowing groups of 4 or 5 players to team up and take on relentless zombie hordes during the anniversary festivities.
