Dredge's mobile release delayed until February 2025, but a new closed beta is now open!

Fans eagerly awaiting the mobile port of Black Salt Games' Lovecraftian fishing horror, Dredge, will need to adjust their calendars. The launch has been pushed back to February 2025. However, to soften the blow, Black Salt Games has opened sign-ups for a new closed beta test.

In Dredge, players become a fisherman in the unsettling town of Greater Marrow. Initially, the job involves the simple task of catching and selling fish. However, the idyllic setting quickly unravels as players encounter bizarre sea creatures, mysterious entities, and unsettling events on a nearby island, all while battling the creeping threat of madness.

A Challenging Port

Having played the PC version, the delay isn't surprising. Adapting such a vast and detailed world to mobile is a significant undertaking. However, the additional closed beta is a smart move, allowing for valuable player feedback and ensuring a smoother mobile experience.
