Bloom and Rage Now Live: Explore New Adventure from Life is Strange Creators

Don't Nod, the French studio behind Life is Strange, has launched the first part of their new narrative adventure. Players can now experience "Tape 1," with "Tape 2" releasing free to all owners on April 15th.

Initially unveiled in 2023, the game centers on a close group of friends shattered during the summer of 1995. Twenty-seven years later, the echoes of that summer resurface, unleashing unforeseen and terrifying repercussions.

Blending nostalgic charm with the thrills of a psychological thriller, the game draws inspiration from titles like It, Yellowjackets, and I Know What You Did Last Summer. The game is cleverly divided into two parts: "Bloom" and "Rage." Currently, only "Bloom," the first half of this captivating story, is available (as of February 18th).

"The Tape," the second part, will debut on April 15th. Initially planned for a March release, the launch was delayed to allow for further refinement.

The review embargo has been lifted, and OpenCritic shows an average score of 74/100, suggesting a promising start for this gripping mystery.
