Enjoy real-time matches with players worldwide. Gomoku, also known as Gobang, is a classic abstract strategy board game typically played with black and white stones on a Go board. However, its static piece placement also makes it easily playable with pencil and paper. This globally popular game boasts various names across different countries.
Gameplay begins with Black, and players take turns placing their colored stones on empty intersections. Victory goes to the first player to achieve an unbroken line of five stones – horizontally, vertically, or diagonally.
Dr. Gomoku strictly adheres to official Renju regulations.
